What should you eat if you want bigger breasts? Protein!

Is Starbucks Sabotaging Your Breast Growth?

If you’re like me, you probably find it impossible to get moving in the morning without your daily Starbucks fix. Well, I hate to break it to you, but coffee is a real boob killer!

Excessive caffeine (in any form) prevents breast growth in 2 ways: by increasing insulin levels and triggering the production of dopamine.

Caffeine might get you going, but it also gives your insulin level a jolt. And as insulin levels increase, so too does testosterone. Insulin triggers your body to produce more testosterone AND it makes your body more sensitive to the effects of testosterone.
